Coach Braz and his staff hold coached track (training) sessions in the spring and fall in Haverhill.
All sessions are designed and managed by Coach Braz.
The spring session begins in April and the fall session begins in early August.
Warm-up (runs, strides, and stretching) begins around 5:30, with the formal workout getting underway at 6:00.
The coaches assign runners to groups appropriate to their level -- from sub-5 minutes per mile to over 10 minutes per mile -- and monitor their progress throughout the workout.
Levels -- Based on your goals, you may select the level of coaching that will meet your needs for the current session.

Location -- Track sessions are at the Haverhill High School Track.
Note that workouts on Tuesday evening are for participants who run under 25 miles per week, and workouts on Wednesday evening are for participants who run over 25 miles per week.
